Keep up to speed on our events and academic programs.
Our program reflects this philosophy. From our comprehensive academic curriculum that leads to degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels to our experiential activities, the environment is one of “thinking like an owner” that requires students to immerse themselves in the entrepreneurial process on a journey to learn firsthand what entrepreneurship entails.
Through our Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) students have ample opportunities to test their entrepreneurial potential and connect with local business leaders. In addition, IECE works extensively with the Inland Empire business community to provide focused business counseling and training programs to help aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their goal of business ownership and existing entrepreneurs take their business to new levels of success.
The results speak for themselves. In 2010, the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) recognized us as having the Outstanding Specialty Entrepreneurship program and our graduate entrepreneurship program has been ranked as high as fourth nationally – and first among public universities – by the Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine. More importantly, students and business owners that work with us are better prepared to be entrepreneurial leaders of the future.
